  • Membership

    Responsible for collecting dues from members, managing membership database and registration processes, and coordinating membership benefits and initiatives. Chair: Julie Nonella

  • Activities

    Responsible for planning and organizing pickleball events and competitions, social gatherings, and other Club events. Fosters a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere within the Club and develops and maintains a calendar of events. Organizes and manages volunteers. Chair: Barbara James

  • Communications

    Manages Member and external communications via Club website, email, WhatsApp, newsletter, social media and other tools. Facilitates board communications. Chair: Colin Baptie

  • Finance

    Responsible for financial planning and fundraising campaigns to support Club activities as directed by the Board. Identifies creative fundraising ideas and events. Seeks sponsorship opportunities. Maintains relationships with sponsors and fulfills sponsorship obligations. Chair: Keating Vogel

  • Legal/Compliance

    Responsible for ensuring the Club operates within legal parameters and maintains compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Drafts, reviews, and updates Club bylaws, policies, and contracts to safeguard the interests of the Club and its members. Advises on legal matters related to club activities, handles disputes or grievances that may arise, and ensures proper documentation and adherence to legal procedures. Chair: Steven Zahniser
